Lead the bars of a 532-room Autograph Collection hotel in the heart of Brussels’ European district: a signature lobby bar, a rooftop with a view and a team of fourteen ready to raise the game.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations of two outlets, from opening checklists to closing reports
- Create and cost seasonal cocktail menus with the Beverage Director
- Hire, train and schedule a team of fourteen bartenders and waiters
- Drive revenue through KPIs, upselling and events; control stock and margins
- Ensure compliance with hygiene rules and licensing
Candidate profile
- 3 to 5 years in premium bars or luxury hotels, including at least 2 in a management role
- Solid mixology culture and a real understanding of P&L
- Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus
- Marriott experience welcome, not required
