Revenue Manager
For an independent five-star hotel in Luxembourg City (160 rooms, strong corporate and MICE mix), we are looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager to own pricing and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the pricing strategy across all segments and channels
- Daily forecasting, budgeting and reporting to the General Manager and the owners
- Manage OTA and GDS distribution and the channel manager
- Work with sales and front office on upselling and group displacement
- Deliver a monthly market and competitor analysis
Candidate profile
- 3+ years in revenue management, hotel or cluster level
- Expert user of Opera and of an RMS (IDeaS, Duetto), advanced Excel
- Analytical mind and clear communicator
- Fluent English, French a plus
